Sanjay is a Certified Associate of Emergenetics and conducts coaching and workshops using Emergenetics, focusing on Leadership, Change and Innovation among others. He is also an Accredited Administrator of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and The Workplace Big 5 Profile and similarly conducts assessments, coaching and workshops using these tools.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree with a Double Major in Computer Science and Economics and a Minor in Mathematics from Indiana University, Bloomington, Indiana, USA. His primary focus was on Information Systems Management and International Economics. He completed his secondary school education in Raffles Institution and Raffles Junior College and was involved in various leadership roles in the Students Council, Social Services Group and Red Cross Society.
Swee Lin is an organisational consultant, leadership assessor and executive coach with over 27 years of experience. Swee Lin started her career in the information technology space, working for companies like Accenture, Atos-Origin, Avanade (joint venture of Accenture and Microsoft), and Microsoft.
In the short span of 12 years as a business process consultant and later as a consulting practice director, she won many awards for her contribution to high customer satisfaction, publicly referenced projects and profitable businesses, including CEO Award, Asia Pacific Excellence Award, Employee of the Year Award, Outstanding Performer of the Year Award and numerous software partner implementation awards. She was interviewed and featured in the book “How To Manage In A Flat World: Get connected to your team – wherever they are” by Susan Bloch and Philip Whiteley.
Swee Lin left the information technology space at the peak of her career to pursue her passion of developing and supporting other leaders. After working with companies like Sheppard Moscow, Right Management, and retraining herself in coaching and Gestalt philosophies from 2005, Swee Lin now specializes in leadership assessments for selection and development as well as designing and conducting interventions to improve individual, team and organizational effectiveness.
Her clients have included companies like Exxon-Mobil, Skanem, Philips, Asian Development Bank, Tesco, Royal Bank of Scotland, Syngenta, BHP Billiton, Citibank, Johnson & Johnson, and Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
She was conferred the “101 Most Fabulous Coaching Leader Award” 2020 at the World Human Resource Development Conference 28th Edition and was featured in the “Most Talented HR Leaders” listing (2020 Edition) by Dr R. L. Bhatia. Swee Lin advocates that learning comes from being intentionally present to our environment and experiences - that because we live in the “school of life”, the issues and obstacles that we face are really opportunities for us to reflect, challenge and change our internal mind-sets so that we can grow into our bigger selves.
Outside the corporate space, she spends much of her time and energy in various life-long learning and community groups across the globe.

Sam began his career as a Chartered Certified Accountant. He obtained his Master of Business Administration from the University of Bath, United Kingdom and had transited from his accounting career to general management. Sam had resided in China, Singapore, and Malaysia and had previously built and led successful diversified teams across Asia.
He embarked on his coaching career after taking up the role of Managing Consultant of a regional human resource practice specializing in leadership assessment and organization development. In his work, Sam applies insights using assessment technology, positive psychology, action learning, coaching, and blended learning to help leaders expand their personal performance and organizational capabilities.
Sam focused his coaching on helping businesses to transform through building a strong and cohesive leadership team. This includes helping the organization to align its leadership team using a structured assessment and facilitation process so that they can leverage their strengths to support one another. Some of the clients he has worked with are- Citi Bank, Alcon, Obama Foundation, Ministry of Health Holdings (MOHH), Westcon -Comstor, Oil Tanking Asia Pacific, ABB et al.
He is particularly skilled at using psychometric assessment and 360 feedback tools to provide constructive and honest feedback to leaders to help them achieve greater clarity on their leadership styles and performances. The feedback conducted in a professional manner helped a leader to develop, transform and improve their leadership practices.
Sam has a special interest in developing leadership capability through executive coaching. He is a Professional Certified Coach credentialed by International Coach Federation in United States. He has coached C-Suites leaders and senior executive teams from both private and not for profit organization. His clients are spread across the Asia Pacific. Sam started practicing coaching when he was still a corporate leader to have a better working relationship and leading his own team. He has seen a major transformation of his team member using coaching methodology and since, has become a strong advocate of coaching.
With his passion for coaching, Sam has co-edited a book in 2010, “Coaching in Asia: The First Decade” to create coaching awareness and to share coaching experience in Asia. He was recognized as one of the 100 Best Global Coaching Leaders by World HRD Congress in 2017.
