  • At Global Coaching Lab, we believe that conscious improvement in gender diversity helps organization become better balanced and more innovative. Specifically GCL focuses on three key areas for Inclusion and Development of Women in the workplace.

    • It is a known fact that the announcement of pregnancy, though joyous to the women professional, is often received with trepidation and poor reciprocation by the manager. Our engagement employs a multi-stakeholder approach that spans the women professional, their manager and the HR Co-ordinator that creates a virtuous loop of Coaching, feedback and continuous improvement, using UBalancer.
    • This is a 1:1 coaching engagement with the hiring managers with a specific focus to hiring more women professionals into their teams. The coaching engagement focuses on the managers beliefs and biases, their fears and pressures and builds upon their skills and capability.
